Can I change my pin or access code?

For Canadian cardholders:

Once your pin and access code is set, they cannot be changed. If you forgot your password/lost access code, this article should be of use to you. 

For US cardholders:

Your access code cannot be changed; You can change your PIN via the IVR by calling the number on the back of your card and following the IVR prompts. If you forgot your password/lost access code, this article should be of use to you.
