Switching cardholder portal

Registration: Switching from Mycardholdersupport platform to Payaccount platform

If you previously accessed your card through our legacy platform and have recently been migrated to the new PayAccount platform, this article will guide you through the card registration process required to access your account.

Once your account is successfully set up, you will be able to manage your card with ease, including viewing your balance, reviewing transaction history, accessing your PIN, and initiating transfers—subject to the features available on your card.

  • You will initially most likely access the cardholder portal via mycardholdersupport.com, as indicated on the back of their card and within the cardholder agreement that you have received with the card.

  • Upon entering the portal, you will be prompted to input your full 16-digit card number.

  • On the next page, you will be required to complete identity verification by entering the full card number, CVV, and access code, following familiar authentication steps. This ensures that only the authorized recipient of the card is able to proceed with registration on our new platform.

  • After selecting the “GO” button, you will be prompted to establish new login credentials, including a username and password, as part of the transition to the Payaccount platform. An email address must also be provided at this stage. This email will be securely stored and used for future password resets and account-related communications.

  • Upon successful registration, you will be redirected to the payaccount.io login page.

  • Following migration, all future access to the cardholder account will be conducted via the Payaccount portal using the newly created credentials.

  • Once logged in, you will have access to enhanced self-service functionality, including viewing transaction history, suspending and reactivating their card, retrieving their PIN, updating personal information, and initiating transfers (depending on the type of card).

  • In the event that you return to mycardholdersupport.com after completing registration, our system will recognize that your particular card has already been registered. Upon entering the 16-digit card number, you will be automatically redirected to the payaccount.io login page and prompted to enter your username and password.
