What if I forget my password/access code?


We're all human at the end of the day. Although we highly discourage it, forgetting your password/access code is a usual issue that cardholders run into daily. 

For starters, please bear in mind:
  1. If you own a virtual card, you'll need to sign in to https://payaccount.io/login. However, certain virtual card uses the portal below. 
  2. If you own a physical card, please refer to the back of your card. You'll either need to sign in to the site above or https://mycardholdersupport.com/
Simply click on the “forgot password” link and enter the same username used when registering your card. Your new password will be emailed to you immediately.
If you own a virtual card and unsure of/forgot which portal that you need to sign in to, please feel free to create a ticket with us so that we can be of assistance.
For cardholders that needs to sign in to https://mycardholdersupport.com/ and have forgotten their access code, you'll need to create a ticket with us so that we'll be able to assist. This also applies to cardholders that have forgotten their username. 
You'll notice that we ask your access code during the verification process but you can ignore that part of the question as we still need the rest in order to legally proceed.
