Why is it important for me to print and save my virtual card information once redeemed?

It is paramount that you save your card details by either printing the card details or screenshotting it, upon which you will need to store the card information somewhere secure. Once a virtual card is lost, it cannot be replaced and the organization that provided you the card will need to provide the approval/authorization in order for you to have a new card reissued.
Once you lost your virtual card details, they cannot be retrieved by any party as no copy of the card information is stored anywhere.
In the worst case scenario that you did lose your virtual card details, you will need to first reach out to the organization that originally provided you the card. They will then need to contact us and authorize a new virtual card to be created and sent to you.
