Where is the physical version of my virtual card?
Virtual cards generally are not issued without a physical counterpart. However, certain unique programs are an exception to this rule. We recommend that you reach out to the organization that provided you with the card.
As they are the ones that set the terms and conditions for these cards, they will be able to let you know if you're able to request for a physical version. From our end, sadly we're bound by these terms and conditions. Hence, we're unable to issue a physical card as that would constitute a breach of contract and may pose a serious legal issue for all parties involved.
