Where is my additional virtual card? I have received one, but am waiting on another one.
If you were entitled to more than 1 virtual cards as part of a promotion, and you have only received 1 so far, your other virtual prepaid card(s) are most likely in a queue and being processed. Even if the cards were ordered under the same name, for the same person, this does not guarantee that all your cards will be sent to you at the same time.
As soon as your new card(s) is processed, you will receive an email with the redemption link.
We advise that you reach out to the organization that provided you the card should you require any update as only they can issue the card for you.
