What is a proxy number?

A proxy number or in other words, a payment reference number, is a unique identifier that we use to identify a specific card. This is usually a 10-13 digit number available at left-hand corner of the back of your card as shown below circled in red:

If you do not see such an identifier at that location, what you're holding may not be a card that is supported or produced by us. Double check if the contact information on the back of the card to confirm if you're contacting the correct support department.
