I received a refund on my expired virtual card. What do I do?
Any refund attempt onto an expired card will simply be rejected.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend the expiry date of your virtual card if this happens as we are bound by the terms and conditions that was set for the card. Our best advise would be for you to reach out to the merchant and request for them to provide you the refund through another method or onto a different card.
