I am expecting a reversal or a credit, when will this reflect on my card balance?
A reversal (or a credit) can sometimes take a period of 5-7 business days before it may show up on your account from the date the transaction reversal was initiated. However, depending on the merchant, this can drag on much longer.
If after 31 calendar days you're still not seeing the credit, please reach out to the merchant and request a confirmation that the refund was indeed processed. If they have confirmed that the transaction went through on their end and you're still not seeing it, please create a ticket with our team so that we may clarify the matter with you.
