How do I transfer funds out of my card?

This feature is only available for cardholders that are logging into payaccount.io on certain programs. Please refer to your original cardholder agreement for more information or reach out to the company/organization that issued you the card for further clarification.
If you wish to move your funds from your card, our online portal makes it easy. Simply log in and navigate to the transfers tab, where you'll find two options: VISA Direct and Interac transfer. Please note, if you plan to use VISA Direct, ensure that the bank or card you're transferring to supports the VISA Direct payment system. You can confirm this by checking for the following logo on their cards:

If this logo is not present, your bank may not support this transfer method.

Using VISA Direct

In order to use this payment method, you'll need to provide the details of the card that is going to accept your transfer. Note that the billing details set here must mirror the billing details registered on the card.



Using Interac

You'll simply need to provide your name and email/phone number in order to transfer using this method. 



The account name for both methods of transfer is simply the name that you'll use to identify the registered account. Once you've inputted the details, the system will save that information and label it using the account name that you've given.
