How come my card doesn't work on some websites when it works for others?

The general rule of thumb is that if the website/merchant accepts the use of a MasterCard or Visa, the card should, in theory, work. However, keep in mind that not all merchants accepts the use of a prepaid card. Some merchants are more lenient and some are more stringent than others.

This has to do with the type of payment system that the merchant is affiliated with and the country that they are based in. Some international merchants are restricted due to their country codes for conducting transactions as per the currency denomination on this card.

If you are unable to use the card with a particular merchant, please create a ticket with our team so that we may look into possible reason as to why your card was declined.
There are merchants that outright refuses to accept prepaid cards. When this happens, you'll generally see an error saying that the card cannot be used. One way we can confirm this is if there are no error on our end, which means that the merchant simply does not accept the card. Regrettably, as much as we'd love to, we do not have the ability to legally supersede this.
