How can I report a lost or stolen or damaged card?
Should your card go missing or sustained a damage that prevents you from using it, the only way to resolve the issue would be to have the card replaced. Rest assured as we'll do our best to guide you through the process.

If a card is lost or stolen we strongly recommend you first suspend the card by logging into the cardholder portal login. You should be able to see a button right away that says "Suspend Card" upon logging in. Simply click on that button to suspend your card and unsuspend it when you have your new card.

Before anything else, please bear in mind:
- If you own a virtual card, you'll need to sign in to https://payaccount.io/login. However, certain virtual card uses the portal below.
- If you own a physical card, please refer to the back of your card. You'll either need to sign in to the site above or https://mycardholdersupport.com/
You'll need to reach out to
us at help@mycardholdersupport.com. Our bot will send you a verification email which you need to respond to by providing all the information that is requested. You will be asked to provide the following:
- First Name: -
- Last Name: -
- Proxy number: (you may ignore this part if the card was lost/stolen)
- Access Code: (this is only for cardholder that has https://mycardholdersupport.com/ as their login portal)
- Address on File: -
- Company who provided you the card: -
- Reason for issuance: (why the card was given to you - not why you need us to reissue the card)
- Card Type: Physical
You only need to fill this up and we'll take care of the rest. Be sure to also provide us with a new updated address if your address changed after you received the card to avoid any issues during delivery.

A 20$ replacement fee will also be charged for the card replacement service. However, certain unique programs are exempted from this charge. You may know more about this by referring to your copy the terms of conditions that came with the card.
