Here is the list of countries where your prepaid card will not be usable due to either sanctions or restrictions on financial institutions in the USA and Canada:

  15. Haiti
  16. Honduras
  17. Iran Islamic Republic
  18. Iraq
  19. Laos People's Democratic Republic
  20. Lebanon
  21. Libyan arab jamahiri
  22. Malawi
  23. Maldives
  24. Mali
  25. Mozambique
  26. Myanmar
  27. Nepal
  28. Nicaragua
  29. Niger
  30. Pakistan
  31. Qatar
  32. Russia
  33. Somalia
  34. South Sudan
  35. Sudan
  36. Syrian Arab Republic
  37. Togo
  38. Tunisia
  39. Uganda
  40. Ukrainian SSR
  41. Venezuela
  42. Yemen
  43. Zimbabwe
Please note that using the prepaid card in these countries will not be possible and can be subject to legal restrictions. If your card number starts with 517153, your card will only be usable in these regions:
  1. Canada
  2. United States
